Prof. DR Eddy Pratomo., SH., MA (Advisor)
H.E. Eddy Pratomo, a Professor of International Law at Diponegoro University, has served as a Senior Diplomat & Eminent Negotiator for the Republic of Indonesia for more than 30 years. His honors and dedication to the state include the following function, Director of Economic Treaties & Socio-Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, chargée d’affaires to the Republic of Indonesia for the United Kingdom, Director General of Law & International Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Federal Republic of Germany, Senior Advisor to the House Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, and Special Envoy to the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the Delimitation of Maritime Borders between the Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia.
Professor Pratomo has also been a lecturer in International Law studies in several prominent universities throughout both national and international level and published more than fifty scientific papers and books. Currently, he has been engaged as the Director of Cooperation and Foreign Affairs as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Pancasila University. Furthermore, Mr. Pratomo has been active in the role of the Indonesian Professors Association and functions as the Head of Defense & Security and Foreign Affairs. In addition to his non-governmental functions and achievements, he is currently acting as an Expert Staff to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Maritime and Fisheries Affairs. Respectively, Mr. Pratomo has completed his education at Faculty of Law of University of 17 Agustus 1945, Master of Arts in St. John’s University, and Doctor of Law in Padjadjaran University.
Assoc. Prof. Nelvitia Purba, SH, M.Hum, Ph.D, (Expert)
Completed a Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law, Bung Hatta University, Padang (1995), a Master’s degree with a concentration in Criminal Law at the University of North Sumatra (USU) in 2004 under the BPPS program (USU Postgraduate Scholarship Program), and Criminal Law at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) completed in 2016. Currently holds the academic rank of Associate Professor (IVC).
Serving as a foundation lecturer at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan for undergraduate and graduate programs, and also as a part-time lecturer at UISU for both programs, at STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga, the Faculty of Law at Univa Medan, and at the University of Simalungun (USI) P. Siantar. Previously held the position of Head of the Undergraduate Law Program at UMN Al-Washliyah from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008 and from 2008 to 2012, served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan. From 2014 to 2016, served as Vice Dean 1 of the Faculty of Law at Al-Washliyah University (UNIVA). From 2016 to 2017, served as Head of the Community Service Division at LP2M UMN Al-Washliyah Medan. Also served as Assistant Director of Postgraduate Studies at UMN Al-Washliyah from 2016 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2018. In 2018 to 2019, held the position of Head of LP2M UMN Al-Washliyah Medan. From 2019 to 2020, served as Head of LP2KLK, handling internships and partnerships at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan, and as Head of the Master’s Law Program at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan from 2020 to 2021.
Actively writes textbooks and research books, and received a textbook grant from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) in 2014. Regularly publishes articles in Scopus-indexed journals (11 articles) and Sinta 2 accredited journals, among others. Actively involved in research and community service, with funding from both internal UMN Al-Washliyah sources and external DRTPM grants, as well as serving as a research and community service reviewer at UMN Al-Washliyah. Served as a beginner lecturer research proposal reviewer for LLDIKTI in 2019 and monitored beginner lecturer research outcomes for LLDIKTI in the same year. Has been a national reviewer for higher education flagship research from 2019 to 2020. Also frequently invited to workshops and external monitoring and evaluation activities for research and community service at institutions such as STIE Sultan Agung, STIE Al-Washliyah Sibolga, STIKES Siti Hajar, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Asahan University (UNA) Kisaran, the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, UNIVA, and HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. In 2023, recognized as an Outstanding Lecturer at UMN Al-Washliyah and served as a mentor for the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW), funded by Belmawa.

Assoc Prof. Dr. Bahmid, S. H., M.Kn., lahir di Sei Tempurung, 17 Juli 1979 adalah Lulusan Program Doktor Ilmu Hukum, Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang (UNISSULA) Tahun 2019. Dosen Tetap Program Studi Hukum Program Magister pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Asahan pengasuh mata kuliah Teknik Perancang Kontrak Bisnis Perbankan serta mengasuh mata kuliah Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) dan selain Dosen pada Program Magister penulis juga sebagai Dosen pada Program Studi Ilmu Hukum Program Sarjana pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Asahan mengasuh mata kuliah Pengatar Ilmu Hukum (PIH), Pengantar Hukum Indonesia (PHI), Hukum Agraria, Hukum Pendaftaran Tanah dan Metode Peneltian dan Penulisan Hukum (MPPH).
